We are so incredibly thrilled with our experience with Reagen and Elmwood. He kept us informed and communicated with us every step of the way. Elmwood sent us frequent photos and videos of our pup up until the day we were able to take her home. We flew from Florida to pick up our pup, Ziva, and Reagen helped us to coordinate the trip. The puppy fact sheet has been incredibly helpful to make sure we do not forget any of her care needs and Reagen continued to reach out after bringing her home to make sure she was comfortable. Reagen truly cares about these puppies and went above and beyond to make our dream come true. We are thrilled to add Ziva to the family, thank you so much!!
